Newport Beach local Parker Cohn has been keeping his 5'3" Tiger Twin in the back of his car all summer. Between scoring small SW bumps around town, he made the trip down to Pyzel's Oceanside factory to pick up some fresh shapes, and we caught a few clips while he was around. Murky post-rain SoCal water and all, the board just goes - here are a couple of quick waves of Parker on his 5'3" Tiger Twin with the FCS II MR Twin and Trailer Fin set.
Meanwhile, across the Pacific, the North Shore tends to get forgotten about during the summer months. The air gets hotter, humidity climbs, the swell flattens out - until every now and then a small NW summer bump rolls through and turns the place into a locals playground. The winter circus is gone, and crew like Pyzel Waialua employee Dane Rust come out to play.
Dane is riding his 5'5" x 19 1/4" x 2 3/8" Tiger Twin, featuring fellow Pyzel employee Mia's custom tie-dye cloths. Two coasts, two surfers, one board - same fun factor.
