1) Change of mind: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy online as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us (email or the contact form is fine); simply sending items back without a statement isn’t enough. After you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

• Condition of returned goods: you may handle items to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you could in a shop). If handling goes beyond that, we may deduct any diminished value from your refund. 
• Packaging: please pack securely and, where possible, use the original packaging. 
• Return shipping costs: unless we state otherwise, you pay the return costs.
• What we refund: we refund the item price plus the standard outbound delivery cost (if you paid for express, the extra isn’t refunded).
• When we refund: we refund within 14 days from your withdrawal notice, but we may wait until we receive the goods to check if the product is in good condition. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. 

2) Items excluded from the 14-day right

Custom Surfboards: Boards made to your specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal.
