Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on https://europe.pyzelsurfboards.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated in Europe by EURL Sample N Co (France). 1) Scope & Acceptance

By submitting an order you offer to buy products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force at checkout applies.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and use a valid payment method you are authorized to use. We reserve the right to refuse any order and will notify you if we do so.

3) Products & Availability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. While we try to ensure accuracy, errors may occur and availability can change without notice.

4) Prices, Taxes & Currency

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout and added to the total. We may correct pricing errors; if a price is incorrect we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.

5) Order Process & Contract Formation

1. Acknowledgement: After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance.
2. Acceptance/Dispatch: The contract is formed only when we email you a dispatch confirmation for the items listed in that email.

6) Payment

A standard authorization check may be performed on your payment method. Your card or account may be charged on authorization; those funds constitute a deposit against the order’s value and are applied when goods are dispatched.

7) Delivery

• Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery windows exclude order preparation.
• We ship with professional carriers. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers where service is unavailable.
• Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels with different delivery times; we will inform you as needed.
• Risk transfers when you (or a person indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

8) Inspection on Delivery

Please check parcels upon delivery. If packaging is damaged, note reservations with the driver (e.g., “box crushed”) and take photos. Visible damage must be reported promptly to us so we can assist with a carrier claim.

9) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from delivery without giving any reason, except for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-made surfboards), which are not eligible for withdrawal under consumer law. To exercise your right, inform us within 14 days and return goods in resaleable condition. You bear return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We will refund using the original payment method once the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

10) Returns & Refunds (Non-custom)

For non-custom items, follow the instructions on Shipping & Returns. Keep original packaging where possible and include your order number. Refunds cover the product price and the standard outbound delivery fee (where the withdrawal right applies); supplementary services are excluded where permitted by law.

11) Warranty

Statutory legal guarantees apply (conformity and hidden defects under applicable law). This is without prejudice to any manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page.

12) Title & Risk

Title to goods remains with EURL Sample N Co until full payment is received. Risk passes upon delivery as set out in Section 7.

13) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or the purchase/use of products. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14) Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is protected by intellectual property laws and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce or exploit content without prior written consent.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
