The Crisis designs are all about speed and flow. The Mid Length Crisis grew out of the custom mid-lengths Jon Pyzel shaped for close friends: a semi-traditional outline with the wide point forward, a long continuous rocker, a rolled deck and a mild vee with double concave, the old school spiral vee, for easy rail to rail transitions. It comes as a 2+1.

So many surfers rode it as a twin that we built the Crisis Twin, a twin-only version with a narrower nose, more curve and extra nose rocker for late drops and the steeper part of the wave. Both are part of our Velocity Project and turn average days into fun ones.
