Returns

If you buy online as a consumer in the European Union (EU/EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at europe@samplenco.com or via our contact form. Simply returning the goods without prior notice is not sufficient. Once you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may handle and inspect the goods only as you would in a physical shop to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the handling goes beyond this and the product value is diminished, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund.

Please pack returned items securely and, where possible, use the original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please contact us first at europe@samplenco.com. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right and cannot be returned, including:

• Custom surfboards made to your specifications or clearly personalized items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before returning the goods. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will refund the item price as well as the standard outbound shipping cost. If you selected an express delivery option, the additional express shipping cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, although we may wait until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
